The invention relates to the technical field of frame steel structures, and discloses a hoisting installation method of a frame steel structure, which comprises the following steps of: 1, measuring a site; 2, formulating a hoisting scheme; 3, making a steel structure; 4, tamping a foundation; 5, fixing steel columns; 6, arranging hoisting equipment; 7, splicing the steel structure; and 8, conducting welding and fixing. According to the method, the problems of hoisting and deformation control of the high-rise large-span rectangular structure are successfully solved by adopting a mast hoisting method, so that a relatively mature construction method is formed; and a mast hoisting method is used for solving the problem that the large crane cannot be in place due to geographical limitation and ground bearing limitation, meanwhile, the hoisting cost is low, and good reference significance is achieved for similar engineering.
