The invention provides processing equipment for prefabricating a heat insulation and heat preservation composite wallboard, which comprises a box body; a strip-shaped hole communicating with the interior of a lower cavity is formed in the lower surface of the lower cavity; the upper end of a connecting rod movably penetrates through the upper surface of the box body and then extends upwards; a rectangular hole is formed in the bottom of the box body, and a fixed wheel is connected to the lower end of the connecting rod; a trapezoidal groove is formed in the inner wall of the top of an upper cavity; a movable wheel is installed at the lower end of a linkage rod; dovetail grooves are formed in the opposite side walls of the two bearing plates; sliding blocks matched with the dovetail grooves are arranged on the outer wall of a supporting cylinder; a telescopic rod is arranged on the outer circumferential wall of the linkage rod, and the end of the telescopic rod is connected with the inner wall of the upper cavity. The fixed wheel and the movable wheel extrude a biteplate and a lap joint plate at the same time, so that the biteplate and the lap joint plate are tightly attached, connection of two adjacent composite plates is achieved; meanwhile, waterproof treatment of a wall surface system is conducted synchronously, a traditional gluing or gluing sealing mode is abandoned, and the waterproof grade of the wall surface system is improved.
