The invention relates to the technical field of power transmission and particularly relates to a double-loop power transmission line cable terminal pole. The cable terminal pole comprises a pole body, a ground wire cross arm, a transfer cross arm and a comprehensive platform, wherein the transfer cross arm comprises an upper-layer cross arm, a middle-layer cross arm and a lower-layer cross arm from top to bottom, the three layers of cross arms are mutually crossed in the projection direction of the ground, an end part of each layer of cross arm is provided with a plurality of different types of insulators to smoothly lead down the overhead bare conductor, and enough safe distance between downleads is ensured; and a cable terminal, a lightning arrester and a grounding box are integrated on one comprehensive platform so that maintenance operation is convenient. A construction overhaul ladder stand and a cable straightening device are installed on a side face of the cable terminal pole. According to the cable terminal pole, a structural form of a traditional cable terminal pole is optimally designed, the optimized structure is reasonable in spatial layout, materials are saved, land resource occupation is reduced, construction and maintenance convenience is greatly improved, and a guarantee is provided for safe and stable operation of a power transmission system.
