The invention discloses a construction method for laying a pressure pipeline in a box culvert, which comprises the following steps of: a working well and a receiving well are respectively arranged at the starting end and the terminal end of the box culvert, and laying two chute rails on the top surfaces of bottom plates of the working well, the box culvert and the receiving well; a rolling device is mounted at the bottom of each pressure pipeline section; jacking equipment is determined and installed in the working well; the pressure pipeline sections provided with the rolling devices are placed in the working well one by one, rolling wheels of the rolling devices are embedded in sliding grooves of the sliding groove rails, and the pressure pipeline sections are connected in a front-back connecting mode; the jacking equipment jacks all pressure pipeline joints in the working well into the box culvert one by one; a plurality of through holes are formed in a top plate of the box culvert, and grout is injected between the outer side of the pressure pipeline and the inner side of the box culvert through the through holes. The jacking direction of each pressure pipeline section in the box culvert can be controlled.
本发明公开了一种箱涵内敷设压力管道施工方法,包括:在箱涵起始端和终点端分别设置工作井和接收井后,在工作井、箱涵及接收井的底板顶面上铺设两根滑槽轨道;在各节压力管道管节底部安装滚动装置;确定顶进设备并安装于工作井内;逐一将安装了滚动装置的各节压力管道管节放置于工作井内,使滚动装置的滚轮嵌设于滑槽轨道的滑槽内,并通过前后连接方式连接各节压力管道管节;顶进设备逐一将工作井内的各节压力管道管节顶入箱涵内;在箱涵顶板上开设多个通孔,通过通孔将浆液注入压力管道外侧和箱涵内侧之间。本发明能够控制各节压力管道管节在箱涵中顶进的方向。
