Method for quickly modeling and repairing damaged porcelain bottle of power equipment
The invention discloses a rapid modeling and repairing method for electrical equipment porcelain bottle damage, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic electrical equipment repairing. Firstly, a damaged porcelain bottle and an intact porcelain bottle which corresponds to the porcelain bottle and has the same specification as the porcelain bottle are wiped clean for standby application; determining the damaged part of the porcelain skirt of the damaged porcelain bottle, and measuring the width of the damaged part of the porcelain skirt; smearing colloidal lubricating paste on the intact porcelain skirt; a flow guide pipe is fixed on the surface of the porcelain skirt at the position coated with the lubricating grease; placing gauze in the prepared mold silica gel for dipping, and then attaching a plurality of pieces of dipped gauze to the position of the porcelain skirt coated with the lubricating paste by bypassing the flow guide pipe; taking down the model after the mold silica gel is completely cured; smearing colloidal lubricating grease on the inner side of the model, and arranging the model at the position of the damaged porcelain skirt of the damaged porcelain insulator; injecting the prepared fluid body repairing material from the flow guide pipe; and after curing, the mold is taken down, the outer surface is trimmed and polished, the polished position is glazed, and then repairing work can be completed.
