The fadeless plastic track particle surface layer comprises a protective layer, an anti-settling layer, a first bonding layer and a ground base layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the thickness ratio of the protective layer to the anti-settling layer to the first bonding layer to the ground base layer is (3-5): (5-7): (1-3): (5-7); the protective layer comprises a wear-resistant layer, a second bonding layer, a damping layer, a third bonding layer and a bearing layer from top to bottom; the thickness ratio of the wear-resistant layer to the second bonding layer to the damping layer to the third bonding layer to the force bearing layer is (3-5): (1-3): (3-5): (1-3): (4-6); the wear-resistant layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of rubber particles, 10-20 parts of antimony trioxide and 10-20 parts of carbon fiber powder. The fabric has the physical properties of fastness, good rebound resilience, wear resistance and the like.
