The invention relates to an automatic spraying and dust falling device for a coal conveying belt, the automatic spraying and dust falling device comprises a water supply device, a control host and a water spraying mechanism arranged on a rack, the water spraying mechanism comprises water uniformizing plates oppositely arranged on the two sides of the rack, the water uniformizing plates are of hollow structures, and a plurality of water spraying holes facing the space above a belt body are evenly distributed in the water uniformizing plates; the hollow structure is communicated to the water supply device through a pipeline; a plurality of dust sensors used for detecting the dust concentration are further arranged on the rack and/or the water uniformizing plates, and the control host is configured to control the two oppositely-arranged water uniformizing plates to conduct spraying and dust falling according to detection values of the dust sensors. Compared with the prior art, the automatic spraying and dust falling device for the coal conveying belt saves water resources and has better economic benefits on the premise that the dust falling effect is guaranteed.
