The invention discloses a concrete admixture, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45 to 55 parts of polycarboxylic acid mother liquor, 15 to 30 parts of collapse retaining agent, 5 to 15 parts of sodium gluconate, 2 to 8 parts of hydroxy propyl cellulose, 1 to 5 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.01 to 0.08 part of triterpenoid saponin, 0.01 to 0.08 part of polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether and the balance of water. According to the present invention, the water reducing agent is prepared according to the ratio, such that the collapse loss of concrete can be reduced, the workability of concrete can be improved, the strength of concrete can be ensured, the cement consumption of concrete can be indirectly reduced, and the construction cost can be saved. The raw materials involved in the invention are non-toxic chemicals, the process flow is simple, the synthesis operation is convenient, and the comprehensive cost is low.
本发明公开了一种混凝土外加剂,包括以下重量份的原料:聚羧酸类母液45‑55份、保塌剂15‑30份、葡萄糖酸钠5‑15份、羟丙基纤维素2‑8份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1‑5份,三萜皂苷0.01‑0.08份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚0.01‑0.08份,余量用水补充。本发明通过上述的配比制造减水剂,可以减少混凝土的坍塌度损失、改善混凝土的和易性、保证混凝土的强度,间接减少混凝土种水泥用量,节约施工成本。本发明涉及的原料为无剧毒化学品,工艺流程简单,合成操作方便,综合成本低。
