Process for preparing water permeable brick from potassium feldspar slag and residual activated sludge
The invention discloses a process for preparing a water permeable brick from potassium feldspar slag and residual activated sludge, which comprises the following steps of: dewatering the residual activated sludge by using dewatering equipment, and mixing the residual activated sludge with clay; extruding and granulating the residual activated sludge and the clay in the mixed state by using a double-roller granulator, and rounding and screening by using shaping and screening equipment; the screened particles are put into a rotary kiln to be preheated; after preheating is completed, sintering is conducted, and the ceramsite with the residual activated sludge as the main raw material is obtained; on the basis of selecting the potassium feldspar aggregate and the ceramsite, further selecting a proper amount of cement, an additive and water, and putting the materials into a stirrer for stirring; and pouring the stirred material into a mold for manufacturing the water-permeable brick, vibrating, curing and solidifying to obtain the water-permeable brick. According to the invention, reasonable and effective utilization of the potassium feldspar slag and the residual activated sludge is realized, and the water permeable brick beneficial to use is prepared, so that popularization is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种钾长石矿渣与剩余活性污泥制透水砖的工艺,包括如下步骤:对剩余活性污泥使用脱水设备进行脱水处理后,将剩余活性污泥与黏土进行混合;将混合状态的剩余活性污泥、黏土使用对辊造粒机进行挤压制粒后,通过整形筛分设备进行圆整处理及筛选;将筛选后的颗粒放入回转窑内进行预热;待预热完毕后,进行烧结,获得以剩余活性污泥为主要原料的陶粒;在选取钾长石骨料以及陶粒的基础上,进一步选取适量的水泥、添加剂、水,一同放入至搅拌机内进行搅拌;将搅拌料倒入透水砖制作用的模具内,经振捣、养护凝固后,即获得透水砖。本发明实现了对钾长石矿渣、剩余活性污泥的合理有效化利用,制成了有利于使用的透水砖,进而有利于进行推广。
