Polyester fiber carbon neutralization acoustic board and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of sound-absorbing materials, and particularly discloses a polyester fiber carbon neutralization sound-absorbing board and a preparation method thereof. The polyester fiber carbon neutralization acoustical board comprises a polyester fiber acoustical board base body, wherein the polyester fiber acoustical board base body comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 75-100 parts of polyester fiber; 10 to 20 parts of a nano carbon material; the nano carbon material comprises acetylene black, a carbon nano tube and graphene oxide, and the mass ratio of acetylene black to carbon nano tube to graphene oxide is 1: 3-4: 8. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, immobilizing the microbial inoculum; s2, preparing the polyester fiber acoustic board; s2, preparing a mesoporous graphene gel solution; and S3, coating and compounding. The polyester fibers and the nano carbon material are compounded, sound waves shuttle among tiny holes and bubbles, friction is generated between the sound waves and hole walls due to vibration of the sound waves, and finally part of sound energy is converted into heat energy to be consumed, so that the sound absorption effect is effectively improved.
