Unmanned rolling machine
An unmanned new energy rolling machine comprises a sensing system, a communication system and a control system which are arranged on the rolling machine. The sensing system comprises an obstacle avoidance device, a temperature sensor, a laser ranging device and an inertial navigation device; the obstacle avoidance device comprises a millimeter wave obstacle avoidance device and a laser obstacle avoidance device; the communication system comprises a GPS/BDS satellite positioning device, a microwave signal machine and a signal sending device which are arranged at the upper top of the rolling machine; the control system comprises an industrial control computer. A plurality of obstacle avoidance devices are arranged on front and rear wheels of the rolling machine, and temperature sensors are arranged on a front frame and a rear frame, so that real-time detection of field obstacles in the running process of the rolling machine is realized; real-time positioning and real-time communication of the rolling machine are realized through a GPS/BDS satellite positioning device; intelligent running of the rolling machine is achieved through the computer control center, and finally the purpose of meeting the rolling construction requirement of the asphalt concrete pavement is achieved.
