When the lifting platform is used, the whole device breaks down, the lifting platform drops suddenly, the pulley rotates rapidly on the sliding rail, under the action of centrifugal force, the L-shaped striking rod rotates and opens with the position, hinged to the rotating wheel, of the L-shaped striking rod as the circle center, and the L-shaped striking rod abuts against the L-shaped driven rod to drive the gear to rotate; the rack drives the L-shaped connecting rod and the arc-shaped clamping plate to move towards the side close to the pulley, so that the pulley is clamped and cannot rotate, the friction force between the pulley and the sliding rail is increased, the descending speed of the lifting table is slowed down, and the personal safety of workers is further guaranteed.
