The invention discloses a front-mounted bottom plate support changing system and a construction method. The front-mounted bottom plate support changing system comprises supporting piles, a foundation cushion layer, a bottom plate support changing part and a foundation bottom plate. Waterproof coiled materials are arranged on the upper surface of the foundation bed and the side face, adjacent to the foundation bed, of the bottom plate replacement support. The method comprises the steps that firstly, construction of supporting piles on the peripheral side of a foundation pit, spray anchors between the piles and waterproof curtains on the outer sides of the supporting piles is completed, and the pouring range of bottom plate support replacement is confirmed; secondly, a foundation cushion layer is poured at the bottom of the foundation pit, and a bottom plate replacement support is poured at the position, adjacent to the supporting piles, of the foundation cushion layer; thirdly, waterproof coiled materials are laid on the upper surface of the foundation bed and the side face, adjacent to the foundation bed, of the bottom plate replacement support; and fourthly, foundation slab construction, steel bar binding and concrete pouring forming a foundation slab are conducted on the upper portions of the waterproof coiled materials, and a complete basement slab support changing system is formed. According to the measures, the problem of water seepage of the foundation pit is solved, a module of a foundation bottom plate is omitted, and the construction efficiency and the safety of a foundation pit system are improved.
