Construction method of shallow foundation
The invention relates to a construction method of a shallow foundation. The construction method comprises the following steps that earthwork is excavated to the elevation position of the bottom of a beam cushion layer; according to the position of the bearing platform in the drawing, excavation continues to be conducted on the earthwork till the bottom elevation of a bearing platform cushion layer is reached, and a first cushion layer is poured; bearing platform steel bars are bound on the first cushion layer, and steel bars are reserved at the haunched positions of the beams and frame beam columns; a bearing platform formwork is installed on the side face of the bearing platform steel bar, bearing platform concrete is poured, and the bearing platform formwork is dismantled after pouring is completed; brick substitute molds are built between the bottom elevation of the cushion layer of the bearing platform and the reserved steel bars at the haunching positions; frame beam columns are poured to the floor slab surface; a haunched cushion layer is poured to the bottom elevation of the floor slab; and backfilling is conducted, and a second cushion layer is poured. The wood mould and the brick substitute mould are mixed for use, that is, the brick substitute mould is adopted at the haunched position of the beam, and the wood mould is adopted on the bearing platform, so that the construction of the shallow foundation is simpler, the problem of difficulty in supporting the mould at the haunched position under the beam is solved, the labor cost is reduced, the template loss rate is reduced, and the construction progress is accelerated.
本发明涉及一种浅基础的施工方法,包括以下步骤:开挖土方至梁垫层底标高处;根据图纸中承台的位置,在土方上继续开挖至承台垫层底标高,并浇筑第一垫层;在第一垫层上绑扎承台钢筋,并在梁的加腋位置处和框架梁柱预留钢筋;在承台钢筋的侧面安装承台模板,浇筑承台混凝土,完成后拆除承台模板;在承台垫层底标高与加腋位置处预留钢筋之间砌筑砖代模;浇筑框架梁柱至楼板面;浇筑加腋垫层,并浇筑至楼板底标高;进行回填土填充,浇筑第二垫层。通过木模及砖代模混合使用,即梁加腋位置采用砖代模,承台采用木模,使得浅基础的施工更加简单,解决梁下加腋位置施工支模困难的问题,减少人工成本,降低模板损耗率,提高施工进度。
