The invention provides a foundation pit bottom corridor feeding method and a foundation pit bottom corridor feeding system. The foundation pit bottom corridor feeding method comprises the steps that a corridor transporting vehicle drives into a foundation pit along a side slope on the side portion of the foundation pit; wheels of the corridor transporting vehicle turn by 90 degrees relative to a vehicle body of the corridor transporting vehicle, the direction of the vehicle body of the corridor transporting vehicle is kept unchanged, and the vehicle body of the corridor transporting vehicle transversely runs in the extending direction of the foundation pit; the corridor transporting vehicle is driven below the corridor lifting machine; the gallery lifting machine lifts the pipe gallery sections; the corridor transporting vehicle is driven out of the foundation pit along the side slope; and the gallery lifting machine lowers the pipe gallery section to a pipe gallery mounting position. The structure of the gallery lifting machine is simplified, the hoisting time of the pipe gallery sections is shortened, the time of the pipe gallery sections in the air is shortened, and therefore the safety risk of the pipe gallery sections in the installation process is reduced; and the installation efficiency of the pipe gallery sections is improved, and the exposure time of the foundation pit is shortened.
