The invention discloses a low-energy-consumption energy-saving green livable building, and relates to the technical field of buildings, the low-energy-consumption energy-saving green livable building comprises a building main body, a lighting system and a heat preservation system, and a first heat preservation mechanism is used for collecting and storing external rainwater to preserve heat of the building main body; the heat preservation system comprises a first heat preservation mechanism and a second heat preservation mechanism. The second heat preservation mechanism comprises a jacking device, a color steel tile, an aluminum material packaging plate and a phase change material layer; the lighting system comprises a natural light detector, a comparator, a controller and a plurality of lighting lamps arranged in the building main body; through the first heat preservation mechanism and the second heat preservation mechanism, the cooling and heating load of the house is reduced, air conditioner electricity consumption of the house is reduced, and energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved; meanwhile, illumination in the building is managed in a centralized mode, natural light can be fully utilized, automatic dimming can be achieved, resources are saved, and energy consumption of building illumination is reduced.
