According to the efficient and energy-saving concrete grouting technology for building construction, when grouting equipment does not need to be moved, universal wheels are retracted into a bottom shell, it is guaranteed that the grouting equipment is more stable during grouting, a stirring motor can drive a stirring frame and a stirring rod to rotate at the same time through transmission arrangement of a center gear and a planetary gear in a slurry storage chamber, and the stirring frame and the stirring rod can rotate at the same time; a stirring frame and a stirring rod are matched inside and outside, a higher stirring effect on slurry is achieved, the situation that the slurry is precipitated in the slurry storage chamber in the storage process is prevented, adjustment of the angle of a grouting pipe in the horizontal direction can be met through the design of a rotating motor, and the angle of the grouting pipe can be adjusted through rotary matching arrangement of an overturning shell and a side baffle; the grouting of the grouting holes in the vertical wall surface is met, and meanwhile, the grouting of the grouting holes in the arc wall surface can be met.
本发明公开一种建筑施工用混凝土的高效节能注浆工艺,在不需要移动注浆设备时将万向轮收回至底壳内,保证注浆时注浆设备更加稳定,通过储浆室内中心齿轮与行星齿轮的传动设置,搅拌电机可以同时驱动搅拌框与搅拌杆同时旋转,搅拌框与搅拌杆内外配合,对浆料有更高的搅拌效果,防止浆料在储浆室内存储过程中出现沉淀的情况,通过旋转电机的设计,可以满足注浆管水平方向角度的调节,通过翻转壳与侧挡板的旋转配合设置,可以调节注浆管的角度,不仅满足对垂直墙面注浆孔的注浆,同时可以满足弧度墙面注浆孔的注浆。
