The water flowing from the first water outlet to the second water outlet or the water flowing from the second water outlet to the first water outlet is adjusted, and finally, a array of waves with upper urgent parts and lower slow parts are formed in the body. By measuring the flow velocity of a water body, the general measurement of the swimming speed of a human body is realized, but the measurement method has a relatively large error and cannot provide a relatively accurate swimming mileage.
