The invention provides a driving structure of a door lock and the door lock. The driving structure comprises a shell, a handle assembly and a back locking assembly. A first limiting part is arranged on the shell; a second limiting part is arranged on the handle assembly, and the first limiting part and the second limiting part are matched with each other to limit the handle assembly on the shell; the handle assembly can firstly slide relative to the shell, so that the first limiting part is separated from the second limiting part, and the handle assembly can further rotate relative to the shell, so that the movement of the lock cylinder is controlled; the back locking assembly penetrates through the handle assembly and can rotate relative to the handle assembly so as to control movement of the spring bolt. The door lock comprises a lock cylinder, a lock tongue and a driving structure. By adopting the driving structure provided by the invention, the handle assembly and the back locking assembly can be overlapped together, so that the space occupied by the back locking assembly and the handle assembly on the door lock panel is reduced, the space occupation caused by the fact that the back locking assembly and the handle assembly are arranged on the door lock panel at an interval is avoided, and the space utilization rate of the door lock panel is improved.
