The 360-degree rotatable oil pressure door closer comprises a shell, a transmission shaft, a piston, an idler wheel assembly and a valve assembly, a cam part is arranged on the transmission shaft, the idler wheel assembly abuts against the cam part, the idler wheel assembly is rotatably installed on the piston, the piston is installed in the shell, a first oil channel and a second oil channel are separated in the shell, and the first oil channel and the second oil channel are communicated with each other. A third oil duct communicated with the second oil duct is arranged in the piston, and the valve assembly is used for controlling the communication condition of the first oil duct and the third oil duct. The door can be applied to a door, the door body of the door can be installed on the shell, hydraulic oil can be contained in the first oil channel and the second oil channel, the shell can rotate along with rotation of the door body, and flowing of the hydraulic oil in the first oil channel and the second oil channel can be matched with action of the door body so as to ensure that the door body can continuously rotate, and 360-degree rotation of the door body can be achieved; and the application range of the method is widened.
