A power distribution device is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the interior of the box body, a dustproof net is arranged outside the power distribution device, an electrostatic generator is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the dustproof net, a thermoelectric power generation piece is arranged on one side of the box body and connected with the electrostatic generator through a wire, and a plurality of ventilation grooves are symmetrically formed in the two sides of the box body. The box body is connected with a water-cooling heat dissipation device and a moisture-proof device. The air conditioner has the advantages that dust in the air is adsorbed by utilizing static electricity on the dustproof net, heat dissipation is carried out by utilizing water cooling, the ventilation grooves are closed through hydrogel, and entering of water vapor is effectively reduced.
