The invention discloses carbon dioxide corrosion resistant cement paste in well cementation and a preparation method thereof. The CO2 corrosion resistant cement paste for well cementation is prepared from cement, nano SiO2, UF cellulose fibers, a fluid loss agent, a dispersing agent and water. The content of each component in 100 parts by mass of the cement is as follows: 0.5 to 2.5 percent of nano SiO2, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of UF cellulose fiber, 0.6 to 0.8 percent of fluid loss agent and 0.2 to 0.5 percent of dispersing agent; the liquid-solid ratio of the CO2 corrosion resistant cement paste is 0.44 to 0.50. Nanometer SiO2 is used for filling and plugging micropores in set cement, so that the compactness and strength of the set cement are improved, and meanwhile, the nanometer SiO2 can participate in a hydration reaction to improve Si/Ca of a hydration product, so that the corrosion resistance of the hydration product is improved; according to the invention, the UF cellulose fiber is utilized, has good dispersibility and affinity, and can improve the mechanical strength, especially the tensile strength, of the cement paste.
