The invention discloses a low-temperature sleeve grouting material for steel bar connection. The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 700 to 900 parts of silicate 525 cement, 100 to 300 parts of high-aluminum 725 cement, 50 to 100 parts of anhydrite, 25 to 50 parts of silica fume, 200 to 500 parts of coarse sand, 200 to 400 parts of medium sand, 200 to 400 parts of fine sand, 100 to 300 parts of superfine sand, 1 to 3 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a rheological stabilizer, 0.3 to 1.6 parts of a defoaming agent, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a plastic expanding agent, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a retarder, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of an early strength agent, 0.5 to 2 parts of an anti-freezing agent and 200 to 280 parts of water. The sleeve grouting material disclosed by the invention is good in initial and half-hour construction performance during prefabricated winter construction, early plastic cracking and later shrinkage cracking are avoided on the basis of reaching the strength and the construction performance, and the construction requirements of grouting connection of components are met.
