The invention relates to a gypsum and expanded perlite mixed self-insulation material and a production process thereof, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of insulation materials. Comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of gypsum, 25-35 parts of quartz sand, 10-15 parts of hydrophobic expanded perlite, 0.1-0.5 part of anti-cracking fibers, 10-15 parts of Portland cement, 5-10 parts of a polyacrylate emulsion, 5-10 parts of an adhesive, 0.3-0.5 part of a water-retention thickening agent, 0.5-1 part of a water reducing agent and 5-7 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking expanded perlite in a hydrophobic emulsion, drying to obtain hydrophobic expanded perlite, oxidizing PP fibers to graft composite aerogel on the surfaces of the PP fibers to obtain anti-cracking fibers, and adding the modified aerogel and the anti-cracking fibers, so that the composite material not only has excellent thermal insulation performance, but also has better water resistance and mechanical properties.
本发明涉及一种石膏膨胀珍珠岩混合自保温材料及其生产工艺,属于保温材料制备技术领域,包括以下重量份原料:石膏40‑50份、石英砂25‑35份、疏水膨胀珍珠岩10‑15份、防裂纤维0.1‑0.5份、硅酸盐水泥10‑15份、聚丙烯酸酯乳液5‑10份、粘合剂5‑10份、保水增稠剂0.3‑0.5份、0.5‑1份减水剂和水5‑7份;将膨胀珍珠岩置于憎水乳液浸润,干燥处理得到疏水膨胀珍珠岩,将PP纤维氧化使其表面接枝复合气凝胶得到防裂纤维,通过改性气凝胶和防裂纤维的加入,使复合材料不仅具有优异的保温性能,还具有较好的耐水性能和力学性能。
