Steel bridge girder end repairing structure and method based on ultra-high performance concrete
The invention discloses a repairing structure and method for the end of a steel bridge girder based on ultra-high performance concrete, and belongs to the technical field of bridge repairing constructions.The repairing structure comprises a UHPC wrapping section, the UHPC wrapping section is connected with the steel bridge girder through a shearing force connecting piece, the UHPC wrapping section wraps the outer portion of a rusted area of the end of the steel bridge girder, and the length of the UHPC wrapping section is larger than the rusted length of the steel bridge girder. The UHPC is adopted for repairing the deteriorated section of the rusted steel bridge girder end, on one hand, due to the fact that the UHPC is compact in structure and high in impermeability, continuous rusting of the steel bridge girder end can be effectively prevented, and therefore the durability of the steel bridge girder is improved; on the other hand, due to the fact that UHPC is light in weight and high in strength, the bearing capacity of the repaired steel main beam is improved by 20% or above compared with that before damage, the vertical rigidity is improved by 60% or above, and the structural rigidity and the bearing capacity of the steel bridge main beam are greatly improved.
