The air cooler is electrically connected with the first frequency converter, the hot-air blower is electrically connected with the second frequency converter, one end of the first ventilation pipe is connected with the air cooler, the other end of the first ventilation pipe extends to the front side of the vehicle head and is hinged to a cold air opening, one end of the second ventilation pipe is connected with the hot-air blower, and the other end of the second ventilation pipe extends to the tail of the vehicle body and is hinged to a hot air opening. An electric heating wire is arranged in the section, close to the hot air opening, of the second ventilation pipe, a temperature controller is further arranged in the vehicle body and electrically connected with the diesel generator, and the temperature controller is electrically connected with the electric heating wire. The road snow sweeper can solve the problem that an existing snow sweeper cannot thoroughly remove accumulated snow on a road.
