The invention relates to the field of three-shaft mixing pile reinforcement construction, in particular to a foundation pit deep and thick sludge layer three-shaft mixing pile construction method which comprises the steps of foundation pit reinforcement layering, parameter determination and reinforcement inspection, and according to foundation pit reinforcement layering, a reinforcement area is layered according to the excavation depth of a foundation pit; the parameter determination is to determine construction parameters of three-axis reinforcement of each layer; and the reinforcing inspection is to verify the reinforcing compressive strength of each layer of the foundation pit through core drilling sampling. The reinforced foundation pit is layered and segmented in advance, the construction parameter values suitable for the structural characteristics of the reinforced foundation pit are selected in the construction process, the pile forming quality of all layers is guaranteed, cement waste is avoided, and the construction cost is saved while the construction quality is guaranteed.
