The invention discloses a prefabricated shear wall reverse construction method which comprises the following steps that S1, pile grooves are excavated in the positions, corresponding to shear walls, of the building ground, and bottom piles are poured and formed in the pile grooves; s2, a filling groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the shear wall, of the building ground through excavation; hoisting the lowermost layer of prefabricated shear wall into the filling groove, and fixedly connecting the lowermost layer of hoisting prefabricated shear wall with the bottom pile; then, a next prefabricated shear wall is hoisted into the filling groove, and the lower side of the next prefabricated shear wall is fixedly connected with the upper side of the lower-layer prefabricated shear wall; s3, soil body excavation is carried out, layer structure forming construction is carried out, a layer structure comprises a cast-in-place structure made of cast-in-place concrete, and the prefabricated shear wall is connected with the layer structure; and excavating each layer of soil in sequence, and repeatedly carrying out structure forming construction on each layer until the bottom layer is completed. The method has the effects of weakening deformation of the positions, corresponding to all parts of the underground structure, of the foundation pit and shortening the construction period of the shear wall.
