The invention relates to a plate truss formwork structure and a construction method. The plate truss formwork structure comprises an upper chord plate, web members and lower chord members. The upper chord plate serves as a construction platform of a laminated slab base layer and a laminated slab post-pouring layer at the same time. The lower chord member is located below the upper chord plate, the lower chord member is connected with the upper chord plate through a plurality of web members, and the web members are all detachably connected with the upper chord plate; by arranging the detachable web members and the lower chord members, when the strength of the laminated slab meets the design requirement, the lower chord members and the web members can be detached, recycling of the lower chord members and the web members is achieved, and the cost is greatly reduced; in addition, a sleeve can be pre-embedded in the upper node, and the upper chord plate and the web member are connected through the screw with the limiting plate and the sleeve, so that the lower chord member and the web member can be conveniently mounted and dismounted.
