The invention relates to a retractable outer door handle assembly. The retractable outer door handle assembly may include: a handle unit including a push portion and an outer door handle selectively protruding outward to be mounted to a handle housing; an actuator including a driving motor, a worm connected to the driving motor, a worm wheel engaged with the worm, and an operating lever moving according to rotation of the worm wheel to push the pushing portion; and a latch control lever rotatably mounted on the handle housing and rotating during operation of an outer door handle protruding by operation of the actuator.
