The invention relates to an embedded hinge hovering opening structure which comprises a hinge arm assembly, an elastic assembly, a hinge cup and a support. The hinge arm assembly comprises a first hinge arm; the elastic assembly comprises an elastic piece and a supporting piece. The first hinge arm is rotationally connected with the hinge cup and the support, and a point A is formed between the first hinge arm and the support. An extension part is arranged on the first hinge arm, and a hinge arm first acting position and a hinge arm second acting position are arranged on the extension part; the elastic piece elastically acts on the support and the supporting piece, and a point B is formed between the elastic piece and the support; a supporting concave part is arranged on the supporting piece, the supporting piece elastically acts on the extending part through the elastic piece, and when the first hinge arm rotates, the supporting piece interacts with the first hinge arm acting position and the second hinge arm acting position through the supporting concave part; an X straight line is formed between the point A and the point B; and when the hinge cup is hinged and opened to a certain position and the action position between the supporting concave part and the first action position or the second action position of the hinge arm is close to or located on the X straight line, the hinge cup is suspended and opened on the support, and the practicability is high.
