The side-hung type cabin door structure comprises a cabin door structure body movably connected to the opening position of a container body, the cabin door structure body comprises two symmetrical structures, and any cabin door structure body comprises a cabin door main body and a side-hung driving structure; the side-hung driving structure comprises a driving shaft, a motor, a plurality of mounting brackets, a driving gear, a driving rack and a limiting guide structure, the mounting brackets are mounted on the inner side of the container body at intervals, the driving shaft is rotationally mounted on the mounting brackets through bearing seats, and the motor is in transmission connection with the driving shaft; the driving rack is transversely installed and fixed to the bottom of the cabin door body and meshed with the driving gear installed on the driving shaft, the limiting guide structure is connected with the cabin door body and the installation support, and the limiting guide structure and the driving rack are arranged alternately. And the container can be conveniently used in multi-working-condition environments.
本发明公开了一种平开式舱门结构,包括活动连接于集装箱体开口位置的舱门结构,舱门结构包括对称设置的两组结构且任一舱门结构均包括舱门主体以及平开驱动结构,平开驱动结构包括驱动轴、电机、安装支架、驱动齿轮、驱动齿条以及限位导向结构,安装支架包括若干且间距安装于集装箱体内侧,驱动轴通过轴承座转动安装于安装支架上,电机与驱动轴传动联接,驱动齿条横向安装固定于舱门主体底部且与安装于驱动轴上的驱动齿轮啮合,限位导向结构分别与舱门主体以及安装支架连接且其与驱动齿条相间设置,本发明通过电机控制舱门的水平打开,其结构稳定,舱门打开后悬挑牢固,方便集装箱多工况环境使用。
