The fresh air duct is adjacent to the open staircase and arranged on the side close to the second stair, and a top plate of the fresh air duct is lower than the ground; a partition wall is arranged between the fresh air duct and the open staircase; a fresh air opening is formed in the position, located above the second stair, of the partition wall and provided with a first safety protection net. The effective air inlet area of the fresh air opening is at least 12 m < 2 >, and the effective air inlet area of the open staircase is larger than or equal to the effective air inlet area of the fresh air opening. According to the combined construction structure, the influence on the landscape around the urban main road is reduced, and the land acquisition difficulty is also reduced.
