The invention discloses a ceramic filter membrane capable of releasing negative ions, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic filtration. When the ceramic filter membrane is used for filtration, the ceramic filter membrane generates electric ions for a long time, so that a filtered substance is ionized; comprising a filter body layer which contains substances capable of releasing negative ions. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the ceramic filter membrane, which comprises the following steps: (1) taking the substances capable of releasing the negative ions according to the proportion, mixing and crushing to obtain powder capable of releasing the negative ions; (2) taking a filter body layer material, adding the powder capable of releasing negative ions into the filter body layer material according to the formula, and mixing to obtain a filter body layer mixture; and (3) forming and firing the filter body layer mixture to obtain the ceramic filter membrane.
