Hydraulic concrete singly doped with limestone powder admixture
The invention relates to hydraulic concrete singly doped with a limestone powder admixture, and belongs to the technical field of hydraulic building concrete of water conservancy and hydropower engineering materials. The hydraulic concrete is prepared from the following materials in proportion: the water-binder ratio is 0.51-0.60, the sand ratio is 37%-41%, the mixing amount of limestone powder is 10%-30%, and the mixing amount of an HLPCA polycarboxylate high-performance water reducing agent is 1.10%. Each cubic meter of hydraulic concrete comprises the following materials: (I) cement, limestone powder, sand, small stones of 5-20 mm, medium stones of 20-40 mm and large stones of 40-80 mm; water; an HLPCA polycarboxylate high-performance water reducing agent; or (II) cement, limestone powder, sand, small stones of 5-20 mm and medium stones of 20-40 mm; water; the invention relates to an HLPCA polycarboxylate high-performance water reducing agent. The concrete has the advantages of improving the strength, impermeability and frost resistance of the concrete and reducing the overall production cost of the concrete.
