The invention relates to the field of concrete preparation, in particular to high-fracture-resistance and fatigue-resistance concrete and a preparation process thereof, and the high-fracture-resistance and fatigue-resistance concrete is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 120-150 parts of water, 100-130 parts of Portland cement, 50-100 parts of silica sand, 40-70 parts of fly ash, 50-70 parts of limestone, 30-50 parts of a rubber mixture, 0.5-1.5 parts of a silane coupling agent and 10-20 parts of a filler. The rubber mixture is composed of at least one of methyl vinyl silicone rubber and hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber and natural rubber according to a mass ratio of (3-5): 1. The high-fracture-resistance and fatigue-resistance concrete prepared by the invention has the advantage of improving the fracture resistance of the concrete.
