The invention provides an environment-friendly watering device for municipal engineering. The environment-friendly watering device comprises a transverse bottom plate and moving wheels, and the moving wheels are installed at the four corners of the lower portion of the transverse bottom plate through bolts; a fixed shaft plate is welded on the left side of the transverse bottom plate; the inner side of the fixed shaft plate is in shaft connection with a connecting rod; a water storage tank is mounted at the upper part of the transverse bottom plate; an adjustable power storage device is mounted at the upper part of the right side of the water storage tank; an adjustable air outlet water spraying frame structure is installed on the lower right side of the adjustable electrical storage device. The bottom filter screen is mounted on the lower portion of the inner side of the guide-in pipe through screws, so that water guided into the water storage tank through the guide-in pipe can be conveniently filtered during use, and then the added water can be prevented from being guided out into the water storage tank along with the guide-in pipe; the lower portion of the telescopic air cylinder is in shaft connection with a lower side shaft plate, the telescopic air cylinder can move on the upper portion of the lower side shaft plate when stretching, and therefore the discharging angle of the guiding-out frame can be conveniently adjusted.
