Construction method of wear-resistant concrete terrace
The construction method comprises the following steps that a graded broken stone cushion layer with the thickness of 200-300 mm is laid in advance and compacted and flattened through a rolling machine, then a C15 plain concrete cushion layer with the thickness of 100 m is laid, and a PE damp-proof film is laid on the C15 plain concrete cushion layer; ground grids are determined, steel chisels are arranged with the elevation line as the reference, an infrared gradienter is adopted for repeated checking, an elevation device is adopted for elevation positioning, the wall edge, the column foot edge and the equipment foundation edge are surrounded by a poly-plastic plate, and then concrete is poured; the concrete layer is leveled through a laser leveling machine, and then abrasion-resistant materials are scattered and a surface layer is troweled; and after finishing the surface layer troweling, carrying out joint cutting operation, and finally carrying out water curing on a finished product. The terrace obtained through the construction method has very high wear resistance and strength, the crack resistance is remarkably improved, and the surface is flat, smooth and clean.
本发明公开了一种耐磨混凝土地坪的施工方法,包括如下步骤:预先铺设好200‑300mm厚级配碎石垫层,并采用碾压机压实和压平整,然后铺设100m厚C15素砼垫层,并在其上铺设PE防潮薄膜;确定地面分格,以标高线为基准设置钢钎,并采用红外线水平仪反复校核,采用标高装置进行标高定位,在墙边、柱脚边及设备基础边上围上聚塑板,然后浇筑混凝土;采用激光整平机进行混凝土层的整平,然后进行耐磨材料的撒播和面层的抹光;面层抹光完成后,进行切缝操作,最后进行成品的水养护。通过本发明的施工方法得到的地坪具有很高的耐磨性能与强度,抗裂性能显著提高、表面平整光洁。
