The invention belongs to the technical field of building formworks, and particularly relates to a cast-in-place concrete plate fast-assembly and early-disassembly formwork system which comprises a supporting column assembly, a frame beam and a face plate, the supporting column assembly comprises a steel pipe vertical rod and a screw rod, the screw rod is provided with two adjusting nuts, an early-disassembly support is arranged above the adjusting nut on the upper side, and a top support is fixed to the top of the screw rod. A transverse U-shaped support is arranged at the top of the early dismounting support, and limiting through holes are formed in the inner surfaces of the two ends, not provided with the limiting wing plates, of the horizontal plane of the transverse U-shaped support; the frame beam comprises a main beam and a small beam, and limiting rods matched with the limiting through holes are fixedly arranged at the positions, corresponding to the limiting through holes, of the bottom of the frame beam; the small beam is a combined type small beam, and a panel is erected above the top of the combined type small beam. Compared with the prior art, the formwork has the following advantages that all the components can be modularly produced in a factory and spliced on site, the geometric dimension of the formwork can be guaranteed, then the geometric dimension after concrete forming is guaranteed, the construction quality is guaranteed, the material turnover rate is increased, and the construction cost is reduced.
