The invention discloses an old house reinforcement and transformation construction process, and relates to a building construction method, in particular to an old house transformation construction method. The technology comprises the following steps that the cantilever steel structures on the periphery of an existing building wall are dismantled; a reinforced concrete outer cylinder sleeves the periphery of the outer side of the existing building wall according to the outer contour of the original building; a foundation is arranged on the reinforced concrete outer cylinder again, and the reinforced concrete outer cylinder and the existing building form a reinforced concrete cylinder-in-cylinder structure again; the newly-built reinforced concrete outer cylinder is settled, and then the existing building is connected with the newly-built reinforced concrete outer cylinder; and a high-strength shrinkage-free grouting material is poured into a gap between the existing building and the newly-built reinforced concrete outer cylinder. The problems that in old house transformation and rebuilding construction, beam columns and other bearing components are reinforced, and the transformed building structure is difficult to meet the design strength requirement are solved.
