The invention discloses a hydraulic device for correcting a concrete pole. The hydraulic device comprises a base, an oil hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic operating mechanism, a laser positioning device, a force sensor, a supporting rod and a hoop. The upper end of the oil hydraulic cylinder is connected with a supporting rod, the upper end of the supporting rod is connected with a hoop, the oil hydraulic cylinder is provided with a laser positioning device and connected with a hydraulic operating mechanism through an oil pipe, and a force sensor is installed in the hydraulic operating mechanism. According to the hydraulic device for correcting the concrete pole, an operator does not need to climb the pole; in the process of correcting the concrete pole, an operator can be away from the pole root or out of the falling range of the pole root and can monitor the operation pressure at any time, and the concrete pole is prevented from being damaged by overlarge pressure. Hydraulic control is adopted for stretching and retracting of the oil hydraulic cylinder piston, force output is gentle, and sudden increase or decrease of stress of the concrete pole is prevented. All the measures can improve the operation safety and have great significance on production work.
本发明公开一种校正水泥杆液压装置,包括底座、油压缸、液压操作机构、激光定位装置、力度传感器、支撑杆和抱箍。底座上设置油压缸,油压缸上端连接支撑杆,支撑杆上端连接抱箍,油压缸上设有激光定位装置,油压缸通过油管连接液压操作机构,液压操作机构内安装有力度传感器。本发明的校正水泥杆液压装置,作业人员不需爬杆;校正水泥杆过程中,作业人员可远离杆根或者在其倒向范围外,可以随时监视操作压力,防止压力过大损伤水泥杆。油压缸活塞伸缩均采用液压控制,力量输出平缓,防止水泥杆受力突然增加或减少。以上措施均能提高作业安全性,对生产工作具有重大的意义。
