A heaven and earth hinge comprises a hinge cover and a fixing piece hinged to the hinge cover through a connecting rod, a guide plate is arranged in the hinge cover, a bent guide groove is formed in the guide plate, a guide pin embedded into the guide groove is arranged at one end of the connecting rod, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the fixing piece in a matched mode. The connecting rod is packaged below the hinge cover and moves along the track of the guide groove in the opening and closing process of the hinge, and the guide pin of the connecting rod moves in the guide groove in a limited mode. By arranging the bent guide groove for guiding the connecting rod to swing, the maximum opening angle of the hinge can be 180 degrees. In addition, when the hinge is in a 90-degree opening state, the swing rod is clamped by the limiting needle, so that when the connecting rod continues to move along the guide groove, the swing rod cannot make contact with the connecting rod under the elastic effect of the elastic piece, and equivalently, when the door frame connected with the fixing piece is opened to 90 degrees, the connecting rod is not subjected to the force of the elastic piece and is in a free state; and therefore, the door opening force is very light without any resistance.
