The invention provides a maintenance working ladder used on a ship, the maintenance working ladder adopts a folding structure, and the maintenance working ladder comprises a working platform, a supporting assembly, an outer stretching assembly, a balance rod assembly, a spring pin, a movable foot margin, a limiting assembly, an anti-skid foot margin, trundles, ladder beams and pedals; the two sides of the working platform are connected with the top ends of the ladder beams and one ends of the supporting assemblies through hinges. The ladder beams and the supporting assemblies are respectively opened outwards in a splayed shape to form a herringbone ladder, the upper part is a working platform which is kept in a horizontal state, and the ladder beams and the supporting assemblies are arranged on the lower part; the working platform, the ladder beams and the pedals are connected through hinges to form a parallelogram structure; the working platform is of a rectangular structure, each of the supporting assembly, the outer stretching assembly and the ladder beam comprises two tubular side frames, and the two side frames are connected and fixed through a plurality of cross beams; the outer stretching assembly and the supporting assembly are in a nested state to form a linear drawing structure, and limiting is conducted through a spring pin.
