The invention provides a water outlet device capable of switching waterways. The water outlet device comprises a fixed valve body, a rotary valve body, a valve element and a switching mechanism. The rotating valve body is rotationally connected with the fixed valve body, a water passing valve cavity is formed between the rotating valve body and the fixed valve body, the rotating valve body comprises a first water outlet channel and a second water outlet channel which are communicated with the water passing valve cavity, and the fixed valve body comprises a water inlet channel communicated with the water passing valve cavity; the valve core is movably arranged in the water passing valve cavity; the switching mechanism comprises a driving inclined plane formed on the rotary valve body, a guide part formed on the fixed valve body and an elastic part used for driving the valve element to abut against the driving inclined plane; the guide part is in guide connection with the valve element so that the valve element can move in the axial direction of the water outlet device; when the rotating valve body rotates, the driving inclined face rotates to drive the valve element to move in the axial direction of the water outlet device so that the valve element can alternately close the first water outlet channel or the second water outlet channel. According to the technical scheme, the water outlet device is simple in structure and convenient to switch.
