The saturated soil foundation deformation characteristic parameter measuring method and equipment are suitable for measuring deformation characteristic parameters of a saturated soil foundation in hammering tubular pile construction, and the saturated soil foundation deformation characteristic parameter measuring method comprises the steps that on the basis of existing foundation survey data of various soil textures, the function relation between the foundation soil compression modulus and the foundation rigidity of the various soil textures is determined; measuring the settlement of the pile top during each hammering on the construction foundation; measuring the pile end soil pressure on the construction foundation during each hammering; according to the pile end soil pressure, the water pressure and the bottom area of the tubular pile during each hammering, the effective load applied to the soil body below the pile end during each hammering is calculated; calculating the foundation rigidity of the construction foundation according to the effective load applied to the soil body below the pile end by each hammering and the settlement of the pile top; and the soil compression modulus of the construction foundation is obtained according to the foundation rigidity of the construction foundation and the determined function relation between the foundation soil compression modulus of the corresponding soil texture and the foundation rigidity. The method is low in cost, high in operability and wide in application range.
