The invention provides a trunking handrail and a wiring structure thereof. The trunking handrail comprises a trunking, a handrail panel, a locking assembly, a side sealing head and a wiring terminal. A back plate of the wire slot is fixedly connected with a wall surface; the wire slot is hollow and is used for arranging a wire or a data line; the back side of the top edge of the handrail panel is hinged to a top plate of the wire groove, a locking assembly is arranged on a bottom plate of the wire groove, and the bottom edge of the handrail panel and the bottom plate of the wire groove are attached to each other to be closed and locked through a locking component during closing. The side sealing heads are fixedly packaged at the two ends of the wire duct, and the wiring terminals are located at the two ends of the wire duct and electrically connected with an electric wire or a data line in the wire duct. The armrest can be used as an armrest, and meanwhile, the circuit layout can be optimized.
