The invention discloses a carbon emission reduction method and system for calcining cement clinker by using CO2 to store solar energy, and the method comprises the following steps: preheating a raw material through an A-row preheater unit and a B-row preheater unit, feeding the preheated raw material into a decomposition reactor for decomposition, feeding the decomposed hot raw material into a rotary kiln for calcination, after firing, taking out of the kiln and cooling in a kiln head cooler to obtain clinker; flue gas generated by raw material decomposition in the decomposition reactor enters an A-column preheater unit to preheat raw materials, high-concentration CO2 flue gas discharged from the A-column preheater unit enters a solar heat collector to absorb energy of a solar mirror field, the temperature is increased to 900-1300 DEG C, and the flue gas is recycled back to the decomposition reactor; and the flue gas discharged from the kiln enters a B-row preheater unit to preheat raw materials and then enters a grinding system. According to the invention, solar energy and hydrogen energy are adopted to completely replace the fuel of the existing cement production line, so that the generation of fuel carbon emission is avoided, high-concentration CO2 is independently isolated, and the carbon enrichment, purification and utilization cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种利用CO2储存太阳能煅烧水泥熟料的碳减排方法及系统,该方法为生料经过A列预热器单元和B列预热器单元预热后,喂入分解反应器进行分解,分解后热生料进入回转窑煅烧,回转窑燃料采用清洁燃料,烧制完成出窑落入窑头冷却机冷却,得到熟料;分解反应器内生料分解产生的烟气进入A列预热器单元预热生料,出A列预热器单元的高浓度CO2烟气进入太阳能集热器吸收太阳能镜场能量温度升高至900‑1300℃,再循环回分解反应器;出窑烟气进入B列预热器单元预热生料后进入粉磨系统。本发明采用太阳能和氢能100%替代现有水泥生产线燃料,避免了燃料碳排放的产生,高浓度CO2单独隔离,减少了碳富集提纯及利用成本。
