The cement paste system comprises a cement paste system substrate of oil well cement, a strength stabilizing material and a mineral admixture; and one or more of a filtrate reducer, a dispersant and a retarder, and water. The cement paste system provided by the invention has the advantages of good system stability, low filtration water loss and adjustable thickening time. The formed hardened set cement has strength degradation resistance at high temperature, and has a good application prospect in the field of development of hot dry rock resources in a high-temperature environment.
