Preparation method of multi-layer water permeable brick
The invention discloses a preparation method of a multi-layer water permeable brick, which specifically comprises the following steps: preparing materials: proportioning coarse and fine aggregates into two groups of mixtures according to different proportions, and using the two groups of mixtures as a base layer and a surface layer of the water permeable brick; pouring the first group of materials into a mold, then adding a base layer material, then adding magnesium phosphate powder, finally adding a second group of materials, paving the materials on the surface, and flattening the surfaces of the materials; and pressure forming is conducted, specifically, the mold is put into a press machine for pressing treatment and dried in a drying machine, finally sintering treatment is conducted in a muffle furnace, and a finished product is obtained after cooling. The prepared water permeable brick is soaked in water for 24 h, and finally the water permeable brick is taken out and aired. The multi-layer water permeable brick is prepared from the steel slag, and magnesium phosphate is added in the preparation process, so that the water permeable brick is prevented from being blocked as far as possible under the condition that the steel slag is recycled, relatively high water permeability and compression resistance are kept, and the compression resistance of the water permeable brick can be further improved by adding magnesium phosphate.
本发明公开了一种多层透水砖的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:配置物料:将粗细骨料按照不同比例配比成两组混合物,用作透水砖的基层和面层;物料入模:将第一组物料倒入到模具中,然后加入基层物料,接着加入磷酸镁粉末,最后加入第二组物料,铺在表面,将物料表面弄平整;压力成型:将模具放入到压力机内进行压制处理并在干燥机内干燥,最后在马弗炉进行烧结处理,冷却得到成品;保养处理:将制备好的透水砖在水里浸泡24h,最后取出晾干。本发明通过利用钢渣制备多层透水砖并在制备过程中添加磷酸镁,在实现钢渣的重复利用情况下,还保证了透水砖尽可能的不会堵塞,保持了较高的透水性和抗压性能,而且添加磷酸镁可进一步的提高透水砖的抗压性能。
