Method for preparing strontium permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintering material by using super fine iron powder
The invention relates to a method for preparing a strontium permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintering material by using super fine iron powder. The method comprises the following steps: pelletizing; carrying out pre-oxidation; pre-sintering is performed; and cooling and crushing. According to the present invention, the super iron fine powder having the same particle size as the strontium carbonate is adopted as the raw material, and the ferroferric oxide in the ball material is converted into the ferric oxide through the pre-oxidation so as to completely carry out the reaction, such that the magnetic performance of the obtained strontium permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintering material is improved; the hot flue gas in the rotary kiln and the reverse flow of the ball material are fully utilized, ferroferric oxide in the ball material is fully oxidized into ferric oxide, the energy consumption in the preparation process is greatly reduced, the process is simple, and the method is suitable for large-scale production.
一种使用超级铁精粉制备锶永磁铁氧体预烧料的方法,包括以下步骤:造球;预氧化;预烧;冷却、粉碎。本发明提出采用与碳酸锶粒度一致的超级铁精粉为原料,通过预氧化将球料中的四氧化三铁转化为三氧化二铁,使反应充分进行,提升了所得锶永磁铁氧体预烧料的磁性能;充分利用回转窑内的热烟气与球料逆向流动,将球料中的四氧化三铁充分氧化成三氧化二铁,大幅降低了制备过程中的能源消耗,工艺简单,适合大批量生产。
